It uses top of the milk -always easy to find at home and granular sugar, so no fancy ingredients; mixes in five minutes and tastes so good!! —Rebecca Pinto
Ingredients

3/4 cup
all purpose flour

3/4 cup
cocoa

eggs
-
1 cup
(heaped0 sugar

1 cup
top of the milk(cream)

11/2 teaspoon
baking powder

1 teaspoon
instant coffee

1 teaspoon
vanilla essence
Directions
-
1)Sieve all the dry ingredients.
2)In large bowl beat eggs+sugar+cream.
3)Add dry ingredients to bowl, while beating(either by hand or using the electric blender)
4)Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees C for 35-40 minutes till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
