cup frozen fruit (berries, mango, peach etc)
cup fresh almond milk
tablespoon raw honey, or maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
pinch sea salt

- Add all your ingredients into a highspeed blender and blend. You can add superfoods to your smoothie like bee pollen, or even 'drink your greens' powder. Use your imagination. In a peach smoothie, it's always nice to add some rose petal water to give it a moroccan twist.
