This is the basic way to make a delicious frozen smoothie. You can use whichever fruit you like. —kirsty Hawkshaw
Ingredients

1 cup
frozen fruit (berries, mango, peach etc)

frozen banana

3/4 cup
fresh almond milk

1/2 tablespoon
raw honey, or maple syrup or sweetener of your choice

1/4 cup
Ice

1 pinch
sea salt
Directions

Add all your ingredients into a highspeed blender and blend. You can add superfoods to your smoothie like bee pollen, or even 'drink your greens' powder. Use your imagination. In a peach smoothie, it's always nice to add some rose petal water to give it a moroccan twist.
