This gives a classic Jamocha Almond Fudge ice-cream a healthy, dairy-free, sugar-free makeover! —The Fit Foodie
Ingredients
- For the Ice Cream

very ripe banana, peeled, frozen, and cut into chunks

1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract

1 pinch
salt

1 tablespoon
almond butter

1 tablespoon
cocoa powder

1 tablespoon
brewed coffee
- For the topping

1 tablespoon
cocoa powder

2 tablespoons
coconut oil
-
1/4 teaspoon
vanilla

chopped almonds, for garnish
Directions
- For the Ice Cream

Add ingredients to a food processor or blender

Blend until the consistency of soft-serve ice cream, continually scraping down the sides as you do. Recipe can either be frozen for later or eaten right away.
- For the topping

Melt coconut oil in the microwave

Combine with cocoa powder and vanilla

Pour mixture and sprinkle chopped nuts onto ice cream
