Ingredients
-
4 cups
seedless grapes (your choice of colors)
-
3 tablespoons
granulated sugar
-
3/4 cup
plain yogurt (preferably Greek)
-
1/4 cup
light brown sugar (packed)
-
1/4 cup
sour cream
Directions
-
Rinse and drain the grapes leaving them moist. Place them in a bowl and toss with the granulated sugar. Transfer to a large freezer bag and freeze for at least two hours.
-
Combine the yogurt, brown sugar and sour cream in a bowl and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
-
To serve, spread some yogurt sauce on individual serving plates and top with as many frozen grapes as you like. Or surround a bowl of the sauce with the grapes and let everyone have at it!
I think I get my love for food and cooking from my mom, who was an amazing cook. She would start baking and freezing a month before Christmas in order to host our huge open house on Christmas afternoon. I watched and I learned...to this day I try not to procrastinate when it comes to entertaining.
My cooking style is pretty much all over the place, although I'm definitely partial to Greek and Italian cuisine. Oh yes, throw a little Cajun in there too!
