Marinated Feta Cheese

Serves: 10

  • 1 pound Feta cheese
  • 1 handful juniper berries
  • 10 bay leaves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • 5 tablespoons harissa
  1. - mix harissa and olive oil (you can substitute this with canola oil)
  2. - stir in juniper berries, bay leaves, and chile flakes
  3. - cube Feta cheese and add to oil
  4. - marinate / store in refrigerator for up to two weeks
