Herbed SUMMER potato salad

combines fresh red potatoes, creme fraiche, Veganise, and 6 herbs- scallion, dill, chive, parsley, tarragon, thyme. —dylan moritz

  • Serves 4
  • 1 pound red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche or veganaise
  • 1 handful tarragon, chives, scallions, parsley, dill, thyme
In This Recipe
  1. boil potatoes, whisk vinegar, creme fraiche, salt, pepper, when cool dress potatoes and fold in chopped herbs!
