What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 packet Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 24 ounces Boneless, Skinless 6 oz. Chicken Breast Cutlets (Or Tenders)
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 pieces Cooked Bacon; crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons Ranch Dressing
Directions
  1. Utensils: Heavy-Duty Foil, Spray Oil, Medium Bowl, Spoon, Tablespoon, Measuring Cup, Cookie Sheet
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Spray 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil with oil.
  4. Combine stuffing mix and water.
  5. Spoon 1/4 of the stuffing mixture onto the center of each foil sheet.
  6. Top stuffing with a 6oz. chicken breast/tender half.
  7. Top chicken with 1 c. broccoli.
  8. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese and 1 slice of bacon, crumbled.
  9. Drizzle with 1 T. ranch dressing.
  10. Bring up foil sides and fold to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  11. Place packets on a cookie sheet and bake 25-30 mins.
  12. Remove packets and let stand 5 mins.
  13. Cut sits in foil for steam before opening.
