Wild Blueberry Martini

Author Notes: A scrumptious celebratory cocktail! The Cautious Vegetarian

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons wild blueberry spread
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • lots of ice

Directions

  1. Place your martini glasses in the freezer for about 20 minutes before you make your martinis.
  2. Place the ice into your martini shaker. Add the blueberry spread (I use St. Dalfour, just make sure you stir it well, as the blueberries tend to be on the top) and the vodka.
  3. Cover and shake well. Pour into your ice cold martini glasses making sure you spoon in the blueberries...delicious treat at the end. Serve immediately.
