A refreshing morning smoothie made w/ fresh strawberries, ground flaxseed, and honey. —Angela Brown

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 ice cubes
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Drink immediately.
