Author Notes: I'll be completely honest and admit I'm not a mimosa fan so when I offered to create this punch from what looked similar to a mimosa recipe and photograph it for my daytime job, I hadn't expected to like it. And then I tried it. The lime balances all the sweetness and makes this punch a zingy, zesty punch that is perfect for brunch or a cook out. —Lori Lyn Narlock
Serves 4- 6
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 2 cups orange juice
- 750 milliliters (1 bottle) sparkling rose wine
- 1 lime, sliced thin
- Pour the syrup into the bottom of a decorative pitcher. Add the orange juice and then slowly add the Rose, a little at a time to avoid it bubbling over. Add ice and sliced limes. Serve.
