Author Notes
Autumn is here in Ireland! And when I hear Autumn, I automatically think about blackberries and the days of my childhood when I would go for a walk with my mother on a Sunday and we would bring back a lot of beautiful foraged dark blackberries to make jam.
A few weeks ago, I met with an American blogger friend of mine and we created recipes based on blackberries. The following fruit salad is one of the dishes I came up with. It is wonderfully refreshing after a warm autumnal meal. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight and have it for breakfast with a bit of muesli and Greek yoghurt. —Yolène Dabreteau - Crème de Citron
