Directions

Place stock ingredients in a loarge saucepan, cover with water and simmer for approx 2 hours.

Strain and keep the stock, pick any chicken pieces from the carcass, discard carrot and onion
-
Add soup ingredients and simer until tender, Blend to suit and season to taste
