- 2 ounces Apple Brandy (100 Proof if Possible)
- .75 ounces Lemon Juice
- .75 ounces Sugar Syrup (1:1 sugar:water by volume)
- 1 Egg White
- Vigorously shake all ingredients in a shaker without ice (dry shake) for at least 10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled fizz glass (7.5 oz highball) and top with a splash of soda.
