What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Roasted cauliflower and garlic pizza
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1 wholemeal pita bread
  • 1 handful Parmesan cheese
  • Roasted sweet potato and feta pizza
  • 1 wholemeal pita bread
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • small pieces of feta
Directions
  1. Roasted cauliflower and garlic pizza
  2. Cut the cauliflower flowerets into thin slices. Cut the tops of the garlic off so that each cloves top is exposed, then wrap the head of garlic in some foil, put on the baking tray with the cauliflower.
  3. Bake at 200C for 40 minutes, stirring the cauliflower occasionally.
  4. Mash the garlic and spread it onto the base of the pita bread. Add the tomato, cauliflower and top with Parmesan. Bake at 200C for 10 minutes or until the Parmesan has melted.
  1. Roasted sweet potato and feta pizza
  2. Peel the sweet potato, and then slice into thin coins, not paper thin, but thin. Roast them at 200C for 30-40 minutes, make sure they are cooked but not crispy and dry.
  3. Rub the pita base with the oil and then add the sweet potato and crumble the feta over it, you only need a tiny bit of feta. Bake at 200C for 8 minutes.
