In a large saute pan, melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice and bleu cheese and whipping cream. Add cooked egg noodles to pan and toss to cover noodles. I like to add a splash of balsamic or red wine if I have it. It's great with grilled veggies added or any kind of meat, poultry or seafood. Serve and enjoy!
