Ingredients
  • 6 over ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • half teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 handful of Basil
Directions
  1. Make a small cut in every tomato, put on a tray, sprinkle some sea salt and into pre-heated oven on 200 degrees. After 20 minutes when skin felll, take it out for cool.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil and garlic, Chop the tomatoes and put them in, add sugar ,sea-salt and some black pepper and let it cook for 10 min than lower the heat for another 10 min. remember to stir from time to time.. you can leave it like that and sprinkle some basil leaves or you can blend the tomatoes into a smooth paste and than add the basil.
