this is a version of the moscow mule utilizing tequila instead of vodka….so it's gluten free (wink wink) and lots of citrus….virtually healthy! —ann ladson

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 1 piece lime
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 1 piece tangerine
  • 8 ounces spicy ginger beer

Directions
  1. in a shaker or cocktail mixer add tequila, freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime, 1 lemon, and 1 tangerine, mix well, and pour over ice in 2 copper mugs then top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge….enjoy!
