Peanut Butter Pie with a Pretzel Crust

Author Notes: The perfect decadent salty sweet dessert NY Momma & Foodie

Serves: 8

  • 3/4 cup finely crushed pretzels
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large container whipped topping
  • 1 handful chopped peanuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix pretzels, sugar and melted butter together and press firmly onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 10 min. Cool on a rack.
  3. Mix together well: cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Pour in cooled crust and chill 2-3 hours.
  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts. Enjoy!!
