Author Notes: mashed potatoes made with mayonaisevicky

Serves: 10

  • 12 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 3 tablespoons Real Butter
  • 3 pinches salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 5 tablespoons chicken or turkey broth
  • 3 pinches pepper
  • 1 cup white cheese
  1. Boil potatoes until soft, 40 minutes for large potatoes, let cool. Peel skin off potatoes. Add all ingredients and mash until light and fluffy. Add cheese.
