- 4 pounds Salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup Butter (I use salted)
- 1 Jalapeno (with seeds)
- 3 drops liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 pieces Garlic
- Put all ingredients (except Salmon) in a small food processor. Pulse and spread on salmon and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 deg F. for 20 mins.
