Sweet and Spicy Salmon

Author Notes: It is sweet, spic, moist and delicious. Carol Sarah Wyant

Serves: 4

  • 4 pounds Salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup Butter (I use salted)
  • 1 Jalapeno (with seeds)
  • 3 drops liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 pieces Garlic
  1. Put all ingredients (except Salmon) in a small food processor. Pulse and spread on salmon and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 deg F. for 20 mins.
