pounds Salmon fillet
cup Butter (I use salted)
Jalapeno (with seeds)
drops liquid smoke
cup Brown Sugar
- Put all ingredients (except Salmon) in a small food processor. Pulse and spread on salmon and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 deg F. for 20 mins.
