Press out liquid from 1pound of tofu. Cut into 1" cubes. Soak/marinate in mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, hot chili powder, Chinese curry powder for 60 minutes or longer.

10 minute before frying marinated tofu cubes, heat canola/vegetable oil in heavy skillet. Coat tofu cubes in corn starch, once oil is shimmering, fry cubes
till golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve.
