Author Notes: A holiday cocktail that tames moonshine that sparkles with grapes and thymeteroforma

Serves: 1


  • 6-8 red grapes
  • handful thyme
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce High West White Whiskey
  • 2 splashes Bittermens Boston Bittahs
  • 3 red grapes sliced in half

  1. Muddle grapes, thyme, simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice, whiskey, bitters. Fill with ice and shake. Double strain over ice. Add garnish
