A variation of the French 75 rounded out with rum and honey. —Erik Lombardo
Ingredients

1 ounce
Rum

1/2 ounce
lime juice

1/2 ounce
honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

2 to 3 ounces
sparkling wine
Directions

Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine briefly with ice, then strain into a flute or cocktail coupe. Top with sparkling wine.
