apple brandy (100 proof if possible)

cognac

cointreau

1/4 ounce
lemon juice

2 to 3 ounces
sparkling wine
Directions

Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine briefly with ice, then strain into a flute or cocktail coupe. Top with sparkling wine.
