Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce apple brandy (100 proof if possible)
  • 3/4 ounce cognac
  • 1/2 ounce cointreau
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 ounces sparkling wine

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine briefly with ice, then strain into a flute or cocktail coupe. Top with sparkling wine.
