From the Fields' Pantry Pears, infused, organic, delicious

Infused, no added sweeteners, all organic ingredients. —Betsy Fields

What You'll Need
  • 1 pear Asian pear
  • 1 whole vanilla beans
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dried or fresh garden chili
  • sprig rosemary
  • sprig lemongrass
  1. slice pears, add all ingredients, slow simmer in water to cover half the pears, 20 minutes
  2. put in quart jar
  3. boil jars using favorite canning method
  4. store in your pantry
  5. increase the recipe according to how many pears you have ready
