  • Makes 10 slabs/slices
Ingredients
  • 400g White Chocolate
  • 80g Pistachio Nuts (shelled and unsalted)
  • 80g Macadamia Nuts
  • 80g Pink and White Marshmallows
  • 80g Dried Cranberries

Directions
  1. Melt the chocolate in a pyrex bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Add all of the other ingredients, stir well and distribute into a long narrow tin lined with greaseproof paper. Leave to set in the fridge before slicing with a sharp knife into chunky slabs of treat studded chocolate.
