Mix the biscuits and butter together until a sandy mixture. Press it into your pie tin, and make sure it's pressed down well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until browned a little. Leave to cool before proceeding.
Whip the cream cheese and cream until a smooth mixture. Spread the mixture into the tin with care. You don't want to damage the crust! Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
