Ingredients

1 quart
vegetable stock

1 pound
green vegetables, including kale, spinach, brocolli , and dandelion leaves
Directions

Saute your onion, white onion with garlic until transluscent. Add your pound of green vegetables thorougly washed and rinsed. Brocolli, spinach, dandelion, and kale. Add quart of vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes. Puree with hand immersion blender and strain through sieve for best
