There is nothing like a cocktail rich in vitamins and antioxidants, so when cocktail hour arrives you can feel good about enjoying every last sip! —Sabi

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Large kale leaf, torn
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 6 sprigs Flat leaf parsley, stems removed
  • 1 1/2 ounces Hendricks gin
  • 3/4 ounce St. Germain
  • 3/4 ounce Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Drop orange blossom water
  • Chamomile sugar*, 1 basil leaf, 1 pink peppercorn as garnish
  • Soda water
Directions
  1. Put kale, basil and parsley into a shaker with a few ice cubes, muddle all ingredients well
  2. Add gin, st. Germain, lemon juice, and orange blossom water and shake or mix well
  3. Rim a 10 Ounce glass with a piece of lemon and dip in the chamomile sugar* so it covers the rim
  4. Fill glass with ice and strain mixture over it, fill to the top with soda water and mix
  5. Slap a basil leaf to bring out flavor, put on top with a single whole pink peppercorn for garnish
  6. *To make chamomile sugar, crumble dry chamomile flowers on a small plate, and mix with equal parts sugar

I tried out this cocktail last night and it was divine! It never occurred to me to use dried herbs with a sugared rim. The scent hits just prior to the sip...heaven!
