Makes: 12 muffins
cups sifted flour
teaspoons baking powder
tablespoons honey (be generous with the tablespoons!)
cup heavy cream
tablespoons melted butter (40 gr)
blueberries - as much as you want!
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until obtaining an even consistency.
- Add as much blueberry as your heart desires. Mix gently with a spatula.
- Place in muffin baking pan, and bake for 25 min in a medium oven (170º C. / 340 º F.)
