Mom's Meatloaf

Author Notes: A classic family dinner that's easy to put together ahead of time and bake an hour before you plan to eat. Bee671

Serves: 4


  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet Campbell or Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farm breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Place mixture into a loaf pan, then bake for one hour. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Best served with baked potatoes and green beans!
