- 2 pounds Ground beef
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 packet Campbell or Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Place mixture into a loaf pan, then bake for one hour. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Best served with baked potatoes and green beans!
