Anchovy Stuffed Green Olive Dry Martinni

I get to mix two of my favourite things, eat and drink. Firstly, I drink the martini and then I eat the gin/vodka soaked, salty anchovy stuffed green olives..... heaven. —Carole Lowman

What You'll Need
  • 6 shots Chilled Gin or Vodka
  • 1 shot Chilled Vermouth
  • 2-3 anchovies
  • 6 pitted green olives
  1. Drain anchovies, cut them into small (not too small) pieces and stuff pitted olives. 3 stuffed olives on a toothpick per person.
  2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and alcohol, shaken not stirred, pour into chilled glasses and over stuffed olives.

Am surprised! I thought I invented this and it's been my go-to (almost every day) martini ever since. But I buy (Spanish) anchovy (and sometimes tuna) stuffed olives and add a little if the brine for the most delicious dirty ever.
