Anchovy Stuffed Green Olive Dry Martinni

Author Notes: I get to mix two of my favourite things, eat and drink. Firstly, I drink the martini and then I eat the gin/vodka soaked, salty anchovy stuffed green olives..... heaven. Carole Lowman


Makes enough for two

  • 6 shots Chilled Gin or Vodka
  • 1 shot Chilled Vermouth
  • 2-3 anchovies
  • 6 pitted green olives
  1. Drain anchovies, cut them into small (not too small) pieces and stuff pitted olives. 3 stuffed olives on a toothpick per person.
  2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and alcohol, shaken not stirred, pour into chilled glasses and over stuffed olives.
