- 1 pound Shaved beef
- 1 Bulb fennel, shaved
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- Olive oil
- Dried oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- Red chili flakes
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Cook onions in olive oil until tender then add garlic.
- Add shaved beef and cook until turns brown.
- Add shaved fennel and stir to mix its flavor.
- After beef and fennel is cooked, season with salt, pepper, chili and oregano. Serve with rice pilaf with turmeric and arugula with lemon juice.
