Shaved beef

Bulb fennel, shaved

Medium onion, chopped

Olive oil

Dried oregano

Salt & Pepper

Red chili flakes

Cloves of garlic
Directions

Cook onions in olive oil until tender then add garlic.

Add shaved beef and cook until turns brown.

Add shaved fennel and stir to mix its flavor.

After beef and fennel is cooked, season with salt, pepper, chili and oregano. Serve with rice pilaf with turmeric and arugula with lemon juice.
