I have to say these are some of the most tender and tasty small potatoes I have ever made. The secret ingredient… milk! —Kenza Saadi

  • Makes to your heart's content!
  • Baby potatoes cut in quarters
  • Garlic crushed
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Coarse salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • A splash of whole milk
In This Recipe
  1. In a oven baking pan mix all the ingredients and toss well so that the potatoes are well coated.
  2. Place in a 180º C. oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Mix often so that the potatoes do not stick to the pan. Serve immediately.
