Ingredients

Baby potatoes cut in quarters

Garlic crushed

Fresh rosemary

Coarse salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil

A splash of whole milk
Directions

In a oven baking pan mix all the ingredients and toss well so that the potatoes are well coated.

Place in a 180º C. oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Mix often so that the potatoes do not stick to the pan. Serve immediately.
