Baby potatoes cut in quarters
Freshly ground black pepper
A splash of whole milk
- In a oven baking pan mix all the ingredients and toss well so that the potatoes are well coated.
- Place in a 180º C. oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Mix often so that the potatoes do not stick to the pan. Serve immediately.
