Author Notes: I am currently detoxing from the large amount of pasta and pizza I consumed while being in Italy this past weekend. It was so delicious but now I am back to my very healthy ways and feel alot more clear and less full. This morning smoothie bowl is a great way to start off your day and is filled with vitamins and goodness to keep you charged all day. —sabrina
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup melon (orange or green/mixed)
- 2 tablespoons aloe juice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until everything looks like its finely mixed.
- Enjoy in a cup or bowl [as a smoothie bowl]
- Top with a sprinkle of.... Chia seeds, honey, desiccated coconut, fresh mint leaves, dried pomegranate seeds, flax seeds, homemade granola...and whatever else you like.
