Author Notes: The unlikely marriage of peanut butter and cottage cheese makes for a delicious way to kick start your weekday. Katie

Serves: 1

  • 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • slivered almonds (optional)
  1. combine vanilla and peanut butter and melt in the microwave until bubbly
  2. pour mixture onto cottage cheese and top with cinnamon, banana, and almonds
  3. serve immediately and enjoy!
