Medium boiled eggs, peeled and diced
handfuls Cherry tomatoes, halved
Hass avocado, cubed
tablespoon Olive oil
pinches Sea Salt (Maldons)
pinches Black Pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently
- Serve in warm tortilla or with lightly toasted bread
