What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 Medium boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • Handful Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Hass avocado, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Pinch Sea Salt (Maldons)
  • Pinch Black Pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently
  2. Serve in warm tortilla or with lightly toasted bread
