Mango comes in many different varieties as a tropical fruit and every type is tasty in nature. This fruit is now grown in Central and South America as well as in Southern, Southeast Asia, the Arabian Peninsula and Africa also. Mangoes are having great nutritional value and rich in large number of nutrients. Mangoes are abundantly found during summer season. Jellies, squashes, jams, pickles, marinades and spices are prepared in this tasty flavor that increases the popularity of this fruit among all of the tropical fruits. Without knowing the nutritional value of mango most of us like only for its delicious taste. With many nutritional benefits this fruit is mostly included among the palatable pleasant fruits
1. 1 cup each chopped fresh or frozen peaches and mango,
