When I have overdone it a little bit with my obsessive consumption of almond butter and peanut butter, I turn to sunflower seed butter to change it up. I love using this butter in my smoothies because it is so satisfying and squashes my cravings. I make this smoothie for a hearty breakfast. —Jacquilyn in the Kitchen
Ingredients

frozen blueberries

medium ripe banana

rolled oats

vanilla almond milk

1-1 1/2 tablespoons
sunflower seed butter

ground cinnamon
Directions

Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend well (about 1 minute).
