Author Notes: When I have overdone it a little bit with my obsessive consumption of almond butter and peanut butter, I turn to sunflower seed butter to change it up. I love using this butter in my smoothies because it is so satisfying and squashes my cravings. I make this smoothie for a hearty breakfast. —Jacquilyn in the Kitchen
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend well (about 1 minute).
