Author Notes: A delicious breakfast to enjoy when you have the time to start your day in leisure, with the right mindset for preparing something special to the ones that you love.
This recipe pairs great with Japanese green tea or with herbal infusions like for example warm mint tea.


Serves 1-2 persons

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • some rice milk
  • 1 tomato chopped
  1. Scramble the eggs together with 200 gr of feta cheese, some rice milk and the tomato chopped into small pieces
  2. Fry the mixture over medium fire for a few minutes
  3. Serve it with a generous amount of dried oregano
