Collard Greens Smoothie With Lime and Mango

This is an excellent, iron packed smoothie. It is very simple to prepare. It should only take about five minutes. This recipe makes two smoothies. If you only need one serving, the other smoothie can be refrigerated for future use. Make sure that used Ninja machine to get the better taste. —Elizbath Martin

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups collard greens
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup of green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cups water
  1. Begin by chopping and stemming the collard greens. In a blender, combine the lime juice and the water. Next, add the collard greens, grapes, and the frozen mango. Allow to blend for about one minute. If your like your smoothie less tick, you can add more water until you get your smoothie to the desired consistency.
