Summer Pasta with Asparagus, Tomatos & Thyme

  • 15 Asparagus heads sliced in halves
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 small onion diced

  1. Fry everything over the heat
  2. Cover and cook over very low fire for about 10 minutes
  3. Boil the pasta, strain and place it gently in the frying pan
  4. Stir well, add some olive oil, serve
