With just a few ingredients .. these gluten-free pancakes make for a simple & healthy breakfast or snack idea —VeggiesByCandlelight

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 large eggs (** or 2 large eggs & 2 egg whites)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Cook on a griddle (on low temp) as you would any other pancake
  3. Serve with your favorite toppings & enjoy!
