Author Notes: Healthy and delicious salad —Dilek Yuruker
- 1 cup Fine bulgur (grinded wheat ,available in mediterranian markets
- 1 cup Hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red papper (grinded dry pepper)
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 piece cucumber
- 2 pieces tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 pieces scallion
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
- Stir bulgur and boiling water in a bowl. Then after cover the bowl with a towel. Let it get cool. Slice all tomates, pomegranate, cucumber, scallion. Mix bulgur,lemon juice, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, red and black peper in the same bowl.Then add all sliced vegetables in to the bowl. Mix them all well.. Kisir is ready… Bon Appetit.
