Author Notes: 5-ingredient thirst quencher infused with strawberries, cucumber, lemon, and mint! Perfect for warmer days! —Lisa @ Healthy Nibbles & Bits
Makes 2 1/2 cups
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 large strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1/3 cucumber, sliced
- 6 mint leaves
- Add the strawberries, cucumber, lemon, and mint into a jug.
- Pour water into the jug.
- Refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes so that the water can be properly infused.
- Enjoy chilled or with some ice cubes!
