Southern Corn Pudding

This recipe has been handed down through our family for several generations. —Diana

What You'll Need
  • 12 ears of corn
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 5 eggs
  1. Steam corn until kernals are easily removed from the cob.
  2. Remove kernals and place in a 8 in casserole dish.
  3. Combine gently beaten eggs, milk, and sugar and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add mixture to corn and stir
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or microwave for 12 minutes on high heat.
