  • 1 shot quality cold brew coffee
  • 2 juicy medjool dates (remove stones)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (light or full fat will do)
  • 2 pieces ice
  1. if you have time, chill the coconut milk in advance. add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for at least 30 seconds. pour into a mason jar or any portable cup with a sturdy lid and snuggly secure in your picnic basket for the perfect afternoon caffeine fix.
