Serves 2

  • 2 cups each - (can be lightly steamed) chopped broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts
  • 2 cups sliced in half cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped red onions
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • Balsamic vinaigrette
  1. Mix all of the above ingredients.
