- 2 cups each - (can be lightly steamed) chopped broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts
- 2 cups sliced in half cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- salt/pepper to taste
- Balsamic vinaigrette
- Mix all of the above ingredients.
