- 1 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice (1 1/2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 5 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 cup Water, as needed
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until well incorporated.
